Grand Mercure Hanoi, Hanoi

During my recent stay, I was thoroughly impressed by the dining options at Grand Mercure Hanoi. The restaurant offered a wide range of good dishes, and I ended up dining there for three consecutive nights! Thang and Nuyn provided excellent menu recommendations that enhanced my dining experience; their knowledge and enthusiasm made every meal enjoyable.

I had the pleasure of staying in a Grand Deluxe room, which was beautifully designed and incredibly comfortable. The smart light switches and room sensors were a fun touch, making it easy to manage my room's ambiance. The luxurious bathroom featured both a shower and a bath tub, complete with good bath salts for a relaxing experience.

The bathroom in my room was truly amazing! It had a smart Japanese toilet that added an element of luxury to my stay. With glass windows that could be adjusted for privacy, it was an elegant space to unwind after a long day. The attention to detail in the bathroom design contributed significantly to my overall comfort.

I took advantage of the spa facilities during my stay, and it was one of the highlights! The massages I received were rejuvenating and well executed. The tranquil atmosphere and professional therapists made it an really good leisure experience that I highly recommend to anyone staying at the hotel.
